This year brought us many lessons. Mostly in the realm of awareness. As we watched the world kind of crumble, the essentials became more apparent, and we reflected on our consumer practices.
In the spirit of becoming a conscious consumer; one who's aware of our health and environment, considerate with our neighbors (and their businesses), and mindful of our finances (and the local economy), we need to approach our expenses with intentionality.
This means we should pay fair prices for what we deem essential, deliberate about the quality and craft of our purchases, and forgo of redundant items that don't have a vital purpose in our lives.
I invite you to read this little article that gives a smart perspective on being frugal, and our boy bobby's guide to start building your dream home as a smart buyer, by stages.
