The brief for Riverview One called for a cohesive, contemporary identity that could balance Miami’s relaxed waterfront lifestyle with the expectations of a high-end residential development.
Our role focused on the selection of furniture, finishes, and equipment, working in close coordination with the developers, architects, and engineers to ensure a unified vision while maintaining strict control over budgets and specifications.
A palette of light woods, soft neutrals, and durable, high-performance materials was developed to reflect both the climate and the building’s architectural language. Clean-lined built-ins, subtle textures, and refined detailing were introduced to create interiors that feel both elevated and effortless.
Particular attention was given to consistency across units and common areas, ensuring that every element—from fixtures to furnishings—contributed to a seamless, market-ready product.
The result is a project that feels distinctly rooted in its Miami context: bright, understated, and livable.
